Q: How much do you charge for your service calls?

 

A: Our normal charge for service is $75.00.   That includes an in-home or in-office evaluation of the problem.

If possible, the problem will be corrected within an hour for that price.   If we are unable to correct the issues you are experiencing, we will take your equipment back to our location, run further diagnostics, and then inform you of our findings. 


Any problems found with your equipment will be discussed with you first.  We let you make the choice of whether or not you want your current equipment upgraded or repaired.


Q: Do you accept credit cards?

 

A: Not at this time.  However, we do accept Paypal  payments for major purchases.   We also accept money orders, cashier's checks,  personal checks and, of course, cash is gladly accepted!  


We have chosen not to apply for a Merchants Account which would allow us to process credit cards due to the fees involved.   Those fees would have to be passed on to you and we we would rather not do that.  We strive to keep our costs and fees as low as possible.



Q: How soon do you expect payment?

 

A: Payment for any service call is expected at the time the service is rendered.  We prefer cash payment for this type of service.   No personal checks for first time customer service calls. 


If you are planning to purchase new or old equipment, at least 1/2 of the total payment is due at the time of purchase.  If we are ordering equipment for you, the same is true. 


Explanation for our policy: Due to some experiences in the past where customers have not paid in full, we regret that we will no longer accept installment payments. We are not a financing company.  

 

We are willing to work with everyone regarding payments, however, we have been left with some rather expensive equipment because the customer changed his mind after we had ordered and paid for it.  Please do not ask us to finance your entire purchase.  We will place your order once payment is received in full, or at least 1/2 of the total amount has been received.  This is dependent on the total cost involved.


If you would like to schedule a class and will be paying by check, the class will not be confirmed until the check has cleared the bank and full payment has been received.
